01 / Challenge

Create several ways to enter a game universe.

Visitors could compete, take photos alongside game characters or join a VR team.

All three systems had to run simultaneously at one venue and withstand a continuous flow of participants.

02 / Project 01 / Clash Royale AR

The battlefield appears directly on a physical marker.

Two players compete in the Clash Royale AR game

Users pointed their smartphone cameras at one shared marker, revealing a three-dimensional game map.

Two participants played against each other in a networked match. The mechanic followed the core principles of Clash Royale, with each session lasting about five minutes.

05 / Technical delivery

Three independent systems. One continuous launch.

AKTO handled the complete development of all three projects. Each experience required its own architecture, interaction mechanic and rapid-restart scenario.

On site, we joined the contractor for installation and supported the systems throughout both event days.

Visual assets and some game models were supplied by the client.

06 / Result

Visitors chose their own way to participate.

The AR game created a short competition, the mobile photo experience distributed visitors across the pavilion, and the VR shooter became the central team activity and drew particularly strong interest.
